The primary order of business will be training, and effectively improving the life standards of individuals who may have become unemployed or homeless due to factors beyond their control or economic and demographic factors which can be adjusted based upon individual needs. UDIF, Incorporated will facilitate programs based upon individual needs to provide unemployment, relocation, disability, impaired or post-incarceration support against the effects on the psychological and social aspects of individual lifestyles. Our primary focus will be the “One Step Closer” program, which takes these individuals and gives them another chance to get “One Step Closer” to their goals.

Objectives: Our Company Objective will be to become the leader in social and economic change by changing the effected individual’s perception of an “opportunity”.
Business Philosophy: Our business will be to assist effected individuals and create the largest positive change over time of unemployment and homeless individuals. By creating a need for unification between the homeless and the disabled and elderly, we will be able to create a workforce of individuals trained to take care of each other.
